Inspect and verify incoming raw materials, components and supplies against specifications and quality standards
Monitor production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Gauges
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and records
Understanding of quality standards and specifications
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues
Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to improve product quality
Identify, document, and report defects, deviations and non-conforming products
Ensure testing and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
