Quality Assurance Supervisor

- Monitor all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product delivery, to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Directs and monitors activities of Quality Control Staff to ensure that all functions support company objectives to deliver quality products
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for packaging and labeling.
- Ensures that all employees comply with the implemented standard performance.
- Set KPIs for the QA team to measure and enhance performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Science.
- 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- With experience in KPI
- Knowledge of quality control processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
