Description - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to enhance their coffee experience.
- Demonstrate knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and various drink options.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years in a barista or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, proficiency in latte art, strong coffee knowledge, upselling skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about coffee and customer service.
