- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in a similar role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in latte art, deep coffee knowledge, strong written and verbal communication, customer service excellence.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced cafe environment; potential for shifts during morning, evening, weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively.
