WE’RE HIRING: ARCHITECT
Number of Positions: 1–2
Salary: ₱18,000–₱22,000 per month
Location: Manila
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. Licensed and non-licensed applicants are welcome to apply. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Develop 2D and 3D models, renderings, and design presentations.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, specifications, and material schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved plans.
- Assist in resolving design and construction-related issues during project implementation.
- Ensure architectural documents comply with the National Building Code of the Philippines, applicable regulations, and company standards.
- Revise drawings and documents based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Prepare as-built drawings and project documentation upon project completion.
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist with material estimates when required.
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect or non-licensed applicant is welcome to apply.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office .
- Knowledge of Revit is a plus..
- Knowledge of rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of the National Building Code of the Philippines and construction methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel and conduct site inspections when necessary.
