Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms. Monitor daily online sales, orders, and inventory to ensure timely fulfillment. Coordinate with logistics partners to track deliveries and resolve shipping issues. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support through online channels. Assist in planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and flash sales. Analyze sales performance and provide reports to improve strategies. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor activities.
