Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

We are seeking a qualified FP&A Associate to support the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. The role involves analyzing financial data, monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports to support business performance evaluation and management decision-making.
Key Responsbilities
Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and identify variances.
Analyze operating costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
Consolidate financial data from different departments or business units.
Prepare financial models, reports, and presentations for management review.
Coordinate with different departments to gather financial data and validate reports.
Assist in month-end reporting and other finance-related tasks.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, or accounting is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in financial reporting and data analysis.
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, and variance analysis.
Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
