Finance and Accounting Associate

- Perform specialized finance and accounting functions to support daily business operations.
- Coordinate with banks and brokers regarding importation transactions and related documentation.
- Manage and monitor accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare tax reports and assist in ensuring compliance with government regulations and deadlines.
- Ensure proper documentation, recording, and filing of financial transactions.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist in monitoring financial transactions and resolving discrepancies when necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, or bank coordination
- Knowledgeable in accounts payable, inventory accounting, tax compliance, and banking transactions
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel); familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain organized financial records
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability in handling financial documents and transactions
- Good communication and coordination skills for liaising with banks, brokers, and internal departments
Qualifications
SALARY RANGE: Up to Php25,000
BENEFITS: HMO, allowances (medicine, clothing) and other benefits to be disclosed during the job offer
WORK LOCATION: Makati Head Office
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
