Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, along with utilizing standard tools and platforms to maintain compatibility and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation. - Document configuration changes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. - Assist in the planning and execution of application upgrades and patches. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Conversion. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based application configuration and deployment processes. - Experience with integration techniques using APIs and low-code platforms. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex application issues to ensure system reliability. - Familiarity with release management and version control practices. - Good understanding of business process alignment within packaged software environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Conversion. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
