Government Bidding Officer

Full-time

Elite Business Solutions

This role supports the company’s government bidding and procurement activities. The position is responsible for preparing bid documents, coordinating requirements with different departments, and ensuring all submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Education, or any related course
  • Strong skills in documentation and report preparation
  • Experience in government bidding, tender preparation, or compliance documentation is an advantage
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Driving skills with a valid driver’s license is an advantage
Key Responsibilities Government Bid and Operations Support
  • Prepare and organize documents for government bids, tenders, and procurement submissions
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Accounting, Logistics, and Sales teams for required documents and information
  • Track bid schedules and ensure timely completion of requirements
  • Prepare contract, delivery, and post-award documents for approved projects
  • Maintain organized records of bid documents, submissions, and official correspondence
  • Prepare reports related to government bidding and compliance activities
Government Coordination and Compliance
  • Coordinate with government offices regarding bid submissions and compliance requirements
  • Attend pre-bid conferences, bid openings, and other related activities when required
  • Assist in processing permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for awarded contracts
  • Monitor procurement advisories, bid bulletins, and government updates relevant to the business
  • Support management during meetings and engagements related to government bids and contracts
