- Excellent English communication skills , both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple appointments, schedules, and patient information accurately
- Comfortable working in a night-shift schedule
- Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, QC
- Can start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments based on availability and requirements
- Confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed
- Communicate appointment details clearly with patients and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and updated scheduling records
- Handle patient inquiries related to appointments and scheduling
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth appointment flow
- Follow established scheduling procedures and client guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and healthcare-related information
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service at all times
