What You'll Do:
- Answer customer inquiries (calls/chat/email)
- Help resolve concerns in a friendly and professional way
- Provide clear and accurate information
- Ensure a great customer experience
Qualifications:
- At least High School (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
- No experience needed
- Basic to good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
