Sales Executive
Monroe Consulting Group Philippines
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a water treatment supplier company. This job requires hybrid/field work set-up, with office based in Calamba, Laguna.
Qualifications:- Graduate of any 4‑year bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, or related field is an advantage)
- With 5-7 years of solid experience in industrial sales, particularly involving machineries, water treatment systems, pumps, instruments, or similar technical products
- Experience in covering accounts for power plants, municipal halls, and other government or public-sector projects is a strong advantage
- Exposure to industrial markets such as electronics and semiconductor, food and beverage, manufacturing, and related industries is highly preferred
- Strong background in key account management, client negotiations, and contract closing
- Familiar with tender/bidding processes, especially for industrial or government projects
- Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to do fieldwork, client visits, and travel as required
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
