Organic Marketing Specialist Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna (Hybrid) Schedule: Day Shift Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: PHP 25,000 – 40,000 Job Summary We are looking for a creative and strategic Organic Marketing Specialist to develop and execute organic social media campaigns that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute organic social media strategies. Create and manage content calendars across multiple platforms. Produce engaging content that aligns with brand goals. Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators. Manage community engagement and audience interactions. Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations. Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations. Present campaign updates and insights to clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in social media management. Experience managing Facebook and Instagram business accounts. Strong content planning and community management skills. Excellent English communication skills. Experience handling client relationships and campaign reporting. Willing to work with US-based clients when necessary.
