Responsibilities:

Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Monitor production lines and troubleshoot technical issues.

Analyze workflow and identify areas for cost reduction.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Support new product introductions and process validation.

Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions.

Train production staff on new procedures and best practices.

Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
