Key Job Qualifications:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring accurate specifications are met.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation of programs and machine settings.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of [2–3 years] of hands-on experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation. Technical degree or vocational certification in Machining/Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360).
- Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
- Experience working with [specify machine types, e.g., 3-axis / 5-axis CNC Lathes and Mills].
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for tooling, machining process adjustments, and program optimization.
