Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail and quality focus.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and components according to blueprints and instructions.
- Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or deviations.
- Operate hand tools and assembly machinery safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with quality control to ensure product standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Document assembly processes and production data accurately.
- Assist in troubleshooting assembly line issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
