- Promptly and professionally handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide clear and accurate information on products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- HS Graduate or College Graduate
- With or without experience
- Excellent Communication skills
