Alorica is hiring Technical Support Representatives for a
voice account. This role involves assisting customers with technical concerns,
providing accurate solutions, and delivering excellent customer service in a
fast-paced BPO environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 month of experience in the BPO industry
- Preferably with technical support background (But not required)
- Good English Communication skills
- Basic Knowledge of computers and troubleshooting
- Willing to work on-site and shifting schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills
