Job Title: Sales and Trucking Coordinator
Job Description
- Coordinate daily sales and trucking operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with the sales team, truck drivers, and customers regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
- Monitor trucking schedules, delivery status, and vehicle availability.
- Resolve delivery delays and other logistics-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, trucking activities, and related documents.
- Prepare delivery schedules, reports, and other operational documents.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the sales and trucking teams.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in sales coordination, trucking, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Responsible, flexible, and capable of adapting to changing schedules and operational needs.
