Customer Service Representative | Healthcare

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Fresh grads, newbies, and tenured agents are welcome to apply! As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle scheduling and billing of the clients.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about products and services.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, using problem-solving skills to address concerns.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Monitoring and managing customer satisfaction metrics to ensure performance targets are met.
Qualification:
- At least high school graduate (old curriculum).
- No experience required, paid training will be provided!!
- Amenable to work onsite, graveyard shift, and shifting schedules.
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to start SUPER ASAP.
