Plumbing Drafter (Virtual Assistant)

Plumbing Drafter VA (New York Experience Required) Location: JDN Square IT Center, P. Remedio Street, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: US Hours About the Role We are seeking a highly specialized Plumbing Drafter with hands-on New York project experience. This is NOT a Mechanical Drafter role — candidates must have direct experience in plumbing systems drafting aligned with New York Building Code standards. This position is critical and prioritized. We are looking for someone at the level of top performers (similar to previously successful hires in this function). Key Responsibilities Create and revise plumbing system drawings for New York-based projects Ensure all plans comply with NYC Building Code (NYCBC) requirements Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams Review and interpret technical specifications and construction documents Maintain accuracy and compliance in all drafting outputs Qualifications Proven experience as a Plumbing Drafter for New York projects Strong knowledge of NYC Building Code (NYCBC) Experience working with New York-based companies (e.g., A1 or similar) Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant drafting tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy
