Location: Gov. Fermin Caram St., Brgy. Maria Clara, Iloilo City, Iloilo
Job Summary: The HRIS Project Coordinator supports the System Administrator in the day-to-day execution of the new HRIS (ERPNext) implementation project. This role takes on operational and analytical tasks that require sound judgment, timely turnaround, and close coordination with process owners and developers, including system documentation, stakeholder coordination, communication/change management support, and testing support.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with strong academic standing
- Minimum one (1) year experience in system development or similar role
- Experience with process documentation, data validation, or system testing is an advantage
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
