How You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead the AI & Content Strategy: Drive the overall short-form content strategy by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and workflows to efficiently turn long-form webinars, coaching sessions, and videos into scroll-stopping, high-performing clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
  

• Optimize High-Converting Funnels: Take full ownership of our conversion pathways—building, testing, and optimizing landing pages, lead magnets, and campaign forms (via ClickFunnels) to seamlessly convert traffic into prospects.
  

• Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Continuously monitor, analyze, and interpret performance analytics across social platforms and sales funnels. Translate metrics into actionable strategies to continuously boost ROI and engagement.
  

• Own the Campaign Execution: Strategically plan, write platform-specific captions for, and schedule content across all major channels, maintaining a cohesive and dominant brand presence.
  

• Scale Audience Engagement: Guide audience retention and lead nurturing by overseeing daily platform interactions, segmenting email campaigns, and guiding high-intent prospects smoothly into key sales channels.
  

Requirements

Is This You?

• A Confident & Proven Leader: You bring 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy (preferably in the coaching, consulting, or real estate sector). You don't wait for direction—you actively propose solutions, take full ownership, and lead the charge in your domain.
  

• Tech & AI Forward: You are deeply proficient with modern marketing platforms, ClickFunnels, Canva, and AI-driven video/content tools (e.g., OpusClip, ChatGPT/Claude prompts). You stay ahead of tech trends to maximize output and efficiency.
  

• Data-Driven Marketer: You are comfortable digging into the numbers, analyzing user behavior, and translating platform data into strategic growth pivots.
  

• An Instinctive Visual Storyteller: You have an undeniable eye for what grabs attention in the first 3 seconds of a video and know how to maintain visual quality and brand authority across every channel.
  

• High-Touch Communicator: You are a proactive communicator who provides updates before being asked, works seamlessly with leadership, and articulates strategic ideas clearly and decisively.
