Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through field
visits, cold calls, referrals, and local market scanning.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
customers, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Sales Execution: Present products/services, conduct product demos, negotiate
pricing, and close deals.
• Territory Management: Plan and execute daily routes, ensuring efficient coverage
of assigned areas.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and
customer feedback to support strategic decisions.
• Reporting & Documentation: Submit daily sales reports, customer updates, and
activity logs.
• Brand Representation: Uphold company values and ensure professional conduct
during all customer interactions.
• After-Sales Support: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order
fulfillment, customer concerns, and collection.
Qualifications
• Preferably with 1–2 years of field sales experience (FMCG, HORECA, retail, or
service industry is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and meeting daily/weekly sales targets.
• Basic proficiency in messaging apps, tools, or digital reporting systems.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
• Motorcycle and valid driver’s license
