Accounting Specialist (For pooling)

- Manage daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accounting software and organize financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams for audit preparations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable/receivable, and assist with audits.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, may require overtime during month-end.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
