About the role
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall daily operations of the store to ensure efficient workflow, excellent customer service, achievement of sales targets, proper inventory control, and effective staff management. The role ensures that all store activities comply with company policies, operational standards, safety regulations, and cleanliness requirements while maintaining accountability and profitability.
Key responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and guide subordinates while maintaining teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment
Manage daily tasks efficiently, prioritize urgent concerns, and complete responsibilities within required deadlines
Develop and implement effective sales action plans, monitor sales performance, and identify opportunities to increase revenue
Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure smooth daily operations, follow company standards, and maintain proper opening and closing procedures
Monitor inventory levels, ensure sufficient toy supplies, prevent stock shortages, and maintain proper stock replenishment and display
Identify store concerns, take appropriate action, and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution
Maintain store cleanliness, ensure equipment safety, prevent accidents, and provide a safe and comfortable environment for customers
Organize mini events and daily activities to enhance customer engagement and improve sales performance
Regularly check store conditions, verify submitted reports and photos, and ensure operational standards are consistently maintained
