- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive productivity.
- Manage and lead a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years / Experience in SME or fast-growing businesses is an advantage
- Skills and Competencies: Leadership and Management Skills, Supervisory, Communication Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules
- Qualities and Traits: Hands-on, flexible, and results-oriented
- Willingness to Travel: Preferably located at General Trias Cavite or nearby areas
