SAFETY OFFICER - 2 YRS EXPERIENCE
Industry: Crystal Manufacturer Salary: ₱17,000 + Allowance Location: Brgy. Langkaan, Dasmarinas, Cavite We are looking for a responsible and safety-focused Safety Officer who can help maintain a safe workplace, strengthen safety practices, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of OHS guidelines and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct training and presentations
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes
- Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Train employees on safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Promote a culture of safety throughout the organization
- Coordinate emergency response drills and activities
- Monitor use and maintenance of safety equipment
- Prepare safety reports for management and regulatory bodies
