Executive Assistant (Medical) with Bookkeeping Experience

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with experience in the medical industry and bookkeeping to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive and administrative support
  
• Manage calendars, appointments, and email correspondence
  
• Assist with medical administration and documentation
  
• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
  
• Maintain accurate financial records using MYOB
  
• Handle general administrative duties as required
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
  
• Bookkeeping experience is essential
  
• Proficient in MYOB
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
