Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management, or related Accounting course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple documents and reports.
- Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Honest, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential information.
- Prepare and encode daily remittance and collection reports.
- Monitor customer payments, collections, and outstanding accounts.
- Prepare deposit slips, collection receipts, and related accounting documents.
- Generate Statements of Account and follow up clients regarding collections.
- Assist in account reconciliation and monitoring of customer balances.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of collection records and financial transactions.
- Prepare audit-related documents and account confirmations.
- Support the Accounting Department with various finance and administrative tasks.
