Job summary
As a Fund Servicing Associate in the Asset Management Operations team, you partner with business and technology stakeholders to define, validate, and test operational and technology requirements that support investment management products. You help identify gaps, document solutions, and drive issues to closure while supporting strong risk and control outcomes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can execute on prioritized work with increasing independence.

Job responsibilities

• Maintain Jira tickets and project delivery artifacts to support transparent tracking and reporting
• Partner with technology teams to gather data requirements and document end-to-end solution approaches
• Perform end-to-end testing, reconciliation, and results documentation to support implementation readiness
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with sponsors and stakeholders to manage expectations and progress updates
• Partner with subject matter experts to align requirements with established processes, internal controls, and operating principles
• Coordinate data extraction from multiple sources and support interpretation of results for stakeholders
• Conduct detailed business analysis on complex processes and present findings and options to stakeholders
• Produce clear business requirements and/or business process documentation to support delivery and auditability
• Recommend operating model and implementation options that address complex business requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 6 years of experience in program delivery, business analysis, or strategy implementation within financial services or an operations environment
• Experience supporting investment operations processes, including trade life cycle concepts and reconciliations
• Demonstrated experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and managing business and data requirements end to end
• Experience partnering with technology teams through solution design, testing, and implementation activities
• Experience performing structured analysis of process flows and identifying operational improvement opportunities
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder groups, including senior stakeholders across technology, operations, risk, legal, and compliance functions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly to varied audiences
• Experience tracking issues and driving remediation to closure, including documenting exceptions and lessons learned
• Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with appropriate attention to deadlines and quality
• Risk and control mindset, including awareness of operational risk and the importance of well-controlled processes
• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation, tracking, and formal communication

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Experience supporting client onboarding activities within an investment management or institutional environment
• In-depth knowledge of asset management or investment management products, services, instruments, and market conventions
• Knowledge of institutional fund accounting processes, including report preparation, reconciliation, and distribution workflows
• Demonstrated awareness of data governance and data strategy methodologies
• Experience conducting process inventory and gap analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
• Strong diagnostic skills and experience using objective data to support recommendations for requirements and issue resolution
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
