We are looking for an Education Executive to elevate Le Labo’s craftsmanship philosophy through impactful education, in-store coaching, and meaningful partnerships. This is a field-focused role (70% in-store) , empowering our lab souls with strong product knowledge, service excellence, and sensorial storytelling.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver face-to-face training, coaching, and mentoring in stores to drive productivity and client engagement
- Identify training needs and support onboarding, Quarterly Dispatch, and new product launches.
- Monitor Mystery Shopper results and implement action plans to improve service standards
- Conduct regular in-store coaching using Le Labo tools and KPIs
- Support lifestyle marketing through 1:1 sessions and amenities partnerships
- Identify, pitch, and manage local amenities partners aligned with Le Labo’s brand DNA
- Track training performance and prepare monthly education and partnership reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, Consumer Engagement, and Global Education teams
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in education, training, retail, or brand roles
- Fluent in English with strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Passion for fragrance, craftsmanship, and client experience
- Relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence
- Comfortable with reporting, KPIs, and Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to travel for store visits and partner trainings
