As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and maintenance of all facilities within our organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained to support the organization's operations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of all facilities.
2. Manage the maintenance, repair, and renovation of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure they meet operational needs.
3. Oversee the planning and execution of facility projects, including construction, expansion, or relocation.
4. Monitor and manage facility budgets, including forecasting and controlling costs effectively.
5. Coordinate with various departments to address facility-related issues and support their operational needs.
6. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all facility operations.
7. Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services, including maintenance, security, and cleaning.
8. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans to ensure the safety and security of all occupants during crises.
9. Supervise a team of facility management staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
10. Evaluate facility operations and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices, and building systems.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and vendor negotiation.
7. Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or similar credentials preferred
