INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS SYSTEMS, INC. is now hiring for additional Accounting Associate Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in project accounting, preferably in construction, engineering, or similar project-based industries.
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, cost accounting, and project financial monitoring.
  • Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with strong numerical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems.
  • Able to work independently and handle tasks in project site environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • With good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site and work with minimal supervision.
  • Residing around/near Quezon City.

  • Cash Advance Processing
  • Expense Verification and Audit
  • Payroll and Attendance Support
  • Inventory Management Control
  • Reporting and Compliance
