Distributor Specialist

Description - Manage and coordinate relationships with distributors to ensure efficient product delivery.
- Analyze distributor performance and address any issues to optimize operations.
- Develop and implement training programs for distributors to enhance product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align distributor goals with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in distribution or supply chain management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
