Encoding Staff Job Description:
- Encode and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, receipts, inventory, and other documents.
- Enter data into the company’s system, spreadsheets, or databases accurately and efficiently.
- Check documents for completeness, accuracy, and discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Assist in preparing reports and monitoring inventory records.
- Coordinate with purchasing, accounting, warehouse, and other departments regarding data and documentation.
- Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage.
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Previous encoding, clerical, or administrative experience is an advantage.
