Senior Van Sales Staff

Altitude Ventures, OPC is seeking a dedicated and dependable Senior Van Sales Staff. The role is responsible for product selling, stock management, collections, deposits, and customer service to help drive sales growth and ensure efficient field operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Market Execution
- Actively sell products and maximize every customer interaction.
- Introduce, recommend, and push products to increase sales volume.
- Expand customer base and strengthen market penetration.
- Ensure every visit creates additional selling opportunities.
2. Booking and Order Management
- Accurately record all customer orders.
- Suggest additional SKUs and quantities to maximize sales per customer.
3. Van-selling Operations
- Load and manage stocks
- Execute daily selling and delivery operations efficiently.
- Ensure proper layout, arrangement, and verification of stocks before release/delivery to customers.
- Double-check all items before dispatch to avoid errors or missing stocks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
4. Stock Management
- Conduct daily inventory checks (before and after operations)
- Monitor stock movement and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Stock Forecasting
- Send Purchase Order if needed
5. SIS (System) Management
- Ensure real-time and accurate encoding of all transactions.
- Maintain 100% system compliance in sales, inventory, and collections.
6. Collection and Depositing
- Collect payments and issue official receipts.
- Safeguard all cash collections.
- Deposit sales daily with zero variance.
7. Route and Coverage Compliance
- Follow assigned route plans strictly.
- Ensure 100% outlet coverage.
- Avoid missed calls and maximize selling opportunities.
8. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
9. Reporting Responsibilities
- Submit accurate and timely reports.
- Report market conditions and competitor activity.
10. Walk-in Coordination Support
- Walk-in Process Execution
Follow full process flow:
- Customer walk-in
- Data collection
- Order taking
- Reporting
- GC posting
- RCP tagging
- SIS encoding
- MPOS update
- Ensure compliance with walk-in reporting processes.
11. Compliance and Discipline
- Follow company policies strictly.
- Maintain integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
12. Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License (with restriction code 1, 2, 3)
- Must know how to drive a 6-wheel vehicle
- Honest, trustworthy, responsible, and reliable.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiar with local routes and areas.
- Must be willing to do field work.
- Must have experience in van selling.
