- Data Entry & Encoding: Accurately input and encode data from various sources (e.g., handwritten forms, documents, or audio) into the company's digital systems.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the data entered is free from errors by reviewing and verifying information for accuracy and completeness.
- Time Management & Reporting: Meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Provide regular reports on completed tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy with the ability to quickly identify and correct mistakes in data.
- Proficient Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing abilities, ideally with experience using data entry software and tools.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with office software (MS Word, Excel, Google Docs) and data entry systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.
