We are hiring for a Multimedia Designer to join our marketing and brand team as a remote professional, working closely with our team in Australia.

This is a true hybrid creative role. Half your week is spent designing scroll-stopping social graphics, campaign collateral and presentations. The other half is spent editing short-form video, testimonials and explainer content that brings our brand to life across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.

What you'll be doing:

• Design social, campaign, web and sales assets across five distinct brands, keeping each identity cleanly apart
• Edit short-form vertical video end to end — cuts, pacing, captions and sound — plus testimonials, explainers and webinar recaps
• Build motion graphics: animated titles, lower thirds, callouts and simple animated charts
• Produce paid creative for Meta, LinkedIn and Google, with the variations the team tests against each other
• Recut webinars, client calls and event footage into fresh short-form clips
• Build branded decks, one-pagers, case studies and infographics for sales and leadership

What you'll bring:  

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects, plus Canva.
• Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, colour theory.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office set up for video editing
• A portfolio or showreel that proves it.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms is highly advantageous.
• Experience with paid social or search advertising creative.
• Background designing for recruitment, trades, construction, property or B2B brands.
• Working knowledge of Figma, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or other similar tools and software.
• Prior experience supporting International clients.

Compensation and benefits:  

• PHP 40,000–50,000 per month, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates based on experience and portfolio.
• Full-time independent contract, 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Manila time — day shift, weekends off
• Permanent work from home, anywhere in the Philippines
• Prepaid HMO and paid time off
