- Maintain and update reservation systems or databases, ensuring data accuracy and resolving booking conflicts.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting clients with changes or cancellations.
- Proven experience in reservation management, customer service, or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in reservation software or systems and strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
