Distribution Sales Representative (Farm Fresh)

Qualifications:
- At least College level, especially in Business/Marketing
- With sales experience (FMCG, distribution, retail, or field sales is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of route selling, inventory, and basic sales reporting
- Able to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Willing to do field work and travel within assigned areas
- With motorcycle and valid driver’s license (usually required)
- Familiar with the assigned territory/market
- Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers within the assigned territory
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and distribution objectives
- Conduct regular field visits to outlets to generate orders and ensure product availability
- Implement company sales strategies, promos, and merchandising standards
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, sell-through, and competitor activities
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper handling of sales documents
- Expand market presence by identifying and opening new accounts
- Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly sales reports
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service
- Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively at all times.
