HOTEL SALES MANAGER
SHANG REGENCY HOTELS CORP.
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.
Promote hotel rooms, meeting packages, banquet facilities, restaurants, and other services.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Monitor competitors' rates, promotions, and market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts and recommend strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, event planners, and other business partners.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel inspections, and presentations.
Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, group bookings, and event packages.
Maintain existing accounts and develop new client partnerships.
Ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Develop corporate accounts and secure room bookings from business travelers.
Handle group reservations, conferences, seminars, weddings, and social events in coordination with relevant departments.
Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales agreements.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with the Reservations and Events teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives in coordination with the Marketing team.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, sales missions, and industry gatherings.
Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, and business partners.
Identify opportunities to improve the hotel's visibility and market positioning.
Support digital marketing and online promotional initiatives when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor sales performance, room nights produced, revenue generated, and account productivity.
Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, contracts, and forecasts.
Analyze sales results and recommend corrective actions when targets are not met.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual agreements.
Lead, coach, and motivate the hotel sales team, if applicable.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
Conduct sales meetings and provide updates on business opportunities.
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and customer-focused service.
