Description - Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call center operations and scheduling
