Engagement: Full-time and Permanent Work-from-Home set-up Position Purpose: Own first contact and follow-up across Finbay Capital's inbound enquiries and existing database, converting leads and reactivated contacts into booked ten-minute discovery calls with Finbay's finance strategists. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to new inbound leads entering Go High Level as close to real time as possible, and work them through the Kanban board's first, second, and third call cadence.
- Run outbound calling across the live database (2,600+ contacts) and the accountant prospecting list (500 contacts) to generate discovery bookings and referral relationships.
- Check real-time broker availability over WhatsApp and book appointments on a round-robin basis across Jake, David, and Scott's calendars.
- Log every call, text, and email interaction in Go High Level and Mercury, keeping the pipeline current and accurate.
- Deliver approved call scripts by product line (business finance, vehicle and asset finance, home loans), qualify the enquiry, and escalate lending-specific questions to the right broker rather than answering them directly.
- Submit a detailed end-of-day report covering calls made, outcomes, bookings secured, and anything needing follow-up.
- Go High Level, lead pipeline, Kanban board, texting, nurture sequences.
- Mercury, the finance CRM of record.
- Dial Pad, outbound and inbound calling to Australian clients.
- WhatsApp, internal coordination and real-time booking.
- Two or more years in an AU or US-facing outbound or inbound calling role, ideally BPO experience.
- Clear, neutral, internationally accessible spoken English, confirmed at phone-screen stage.
- Comfortable working high call volumes and handling repeated rejection without losing energy.
- Strong written English for texting and CRM notes.
