JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Open to Japanese National (can process visa) Open to JLPT N1 Passers/Level or Half Japanese Open to Graduate and Undergraduates Experience in translation/interpretation in Medical terms is a big advantage but not required Conversational in English Language Willing to work in Cebu

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer inquiries and Welcome Japanese walk in patients and customers Coordinate with Japanese doctors for schedule and appointments Provide Doctor schedule and available time for check ups and appointments Approve schedule request and assist Japanese customers after check up Answer inquiries about health card requirements and online payments Talk to the Japanese patient about their medical concerns for appropriate tests, doctor, medical expertise needed. Work as interpreter for Japanese patient and doctors or vice versa Ensure that patients and customer are satisfied during medical consultation
