About the role
The Regulatory Compliance Officer is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the Company's regulatory permits, licenses, registrations, and compliance requirements with government agencies. The role serves as the primary point of contact for permit applications, renewals, inspections, and regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance obligations are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate applications, renewals, and maintenance of business permits, licenses, and registrations.
Liaise with government agencies including LGUs, BFP, DENR, BOC, DTI, LLDA and other regulatory authorities as required.
Monitor permit validity, renewal schedules, and regulatory reporting deadlines.
Maintain regulatory documentation, records, and compliance trackers.
Coordinate regulatory inspections, audits, and site visits.
Monitor regulatory updates and communicate relevant changes to Management.
Support environmental, chemical, importation, and operational compliance requirements.
Prepare compliance reports and regulatory submissions.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or related work experience.
At least 2-3 years of experience in permits, licensing, regulatory compliance, or government liaison work.
Experience dealing with government agencies such as LGUs, BFP, DENR, BOC, DTI or similar authorities.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel to government offices and operational sites as required.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple permits, licenses, regulatory submissions, inspections, and compliance deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, compliance trackers, and regulatory documentation with minimal supervision.
Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively resolve compliance-related issues.
