Role Responsibilities
- Support the Global Talent Acquisition organization by performing administrative tasks to attract, hire, and retain high‑quality talents.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Act as Tier1 support for all Talent Acquisition queries, including those received via the ticketing system or shared mailbox.
- Gather insights, data, or information while utilizing the Applicant Tracking System.
- Promote a positive experience from application to hire for candidates.
- Support execution of successful employee onboarding activities, contributing to increased new‑hire engagement and satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all Talent Acquisition queries or requests.
- Manage user set‑up and access, conduct first‑line investigation and troubleshooting, and coordinate with other centers of excellence for Tier2 support.
- Be an expert on the applicant tracking system, job posting applications, and scheduling tools to ensure their consistent and effective operation.
Role Requirements
- At least two years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Administration or Operations.
- High level of attention to detail, quality, integrity, and sense of urgency.
- Proven organizational and prioritization skills with the confidence to follow up and follow through.
- Impeccable time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Comfortable navigating systems and technology with at least intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency and interest in generating and compiling reports is an advantage.
- Competent and thrives in a highly matrixed environment and embraces a coaching culture.
- Demonstrates maturity of thinking, proven analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Work Shift
HYBRID – Western Union values in‑person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation whenever possible. The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
