Merchant Acquisition Head for FinTech

Responsibilities:
- Identify new markets and customers while building trust-based relationships to facilitate long-term business opportunities.
- Guide and mentor Account Managers on acquisition strategies, operations, and professional development.
- Conduct on-ground immersion and research to size opportunities and develop partner "hitlists."
- Influence sales and aftersales processes to ensure nimble operations and high-quality governance.
- At least 10+ years of work experience in Sales.
- Solid background and experience in the Financial Technology (FinTech) industry.
- Proven track record in strategic leadership and managing a sales organization.
