JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs (GA)
• Has experience working in a Japanese Company is an advantage.
• Can work as soon as possible is an advantage.
• Can attend an online interview by second week of July.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the general affairs tasks including office administration, vendor and office contract management, purchasing and payment processing, and management of office equipment, uniforms, and company assets.
• Checking the office infrastructure to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
• Organizing business travel like air tickets, hotels, and accommodation for both local and foreign staff as well as processing the work permit and visa of a foreign staff.
• Coordinating with external vendors and service providers and fulfill the other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Updating consistently the internal administrative processes, policies, and documentation by collaborating with the HR function to be handled by a separate team, with potential involvement in related administrative tasks in the future.
